In compliance with U.S. eCommerce laws and Google Merchant Center policies, this Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.
Note: Certain items, including perishable goods, opened consumables, or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used edibles (e.g., chocolate bars, gummies).
- Vapes or cartridges that have been used or tampered with.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address. Securely package the product and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the full purchase price and any applicable shipping fees will be refunded.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost.
Note: Credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item. If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose a replacement item of equal value or request a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Order Cancellations

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.
Important Notes
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective product returns.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
